Central Backup System Now In Place

We are happy to announce that we have added the central backup feature for all of our VPS customers!

Every VPS customer, no matter what plan you are on, will receive 2 backup slots in our VPS Control Panel that they can use. Additional slots may be purchased by contacting our support department.

Existing customers may contact us to have this enabled for their VPS.

We will be phasing out the automated node backups for OpenVZ VPS in favor of this new system over the next few weeks.

Our datacenter for our Canadian location is going to be performing hardware upgrades on their core routers during the times listed below. Due to this you may experience some packet loss, latency, and possibly limited speeds.

Emergency Reboot and File System Check for Z95 Headhunter

Our Canadian node Z95 Headhunter went into “read only mode” a few minutes ago. We are running a reboot and a file system check on the node now.

This node has been performing daily offsite backups so if there is any data loss it is going to be extremely minimal
